**NEW DATE** Year 5 – BMX - 12th May 2023
Dear Parents
The children in year 5 have a BMX taster day with Mike Mullen who is a former World Master BMX Halfpipe Champion rescheduled from the 24th February 2023 to the 12th May 2023.
This will be on the school playground, in small groups during the normal school day. The children will be assisted by experienced instructors. All necessary safety equipment including bikes and helmets will be provided.
Children will remain in their normal school uniform but please wear trainers, they can bring comfortable long trousers/tracksuit bottoms/leggings. We ask that children do not wear skirts and have long hair tied back (suitable for a helmet to be worn).
Please bring these to school in a separate bag and the children will change before the activity.
There is no cost for this activity.
